DRUG OF CHOICE FOR TREATMENT OF UROLITHIASIS

Take only by physician's prescription

Composition: In 1 gastro-resistant capsule – α-pinene 24.8mg, β-pinene 6.2mg, camphene 15.0mg, borneol 10.0mg, anethol 4mg, fenchone 4.0mg, cineole 3.0mg.

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Litholytic, spasmolytic and diuretic agent.

Pharmacological properties: "ROWATINEX"® promotes disintegration and removal of kidney stones and urinary tract stones. Terpenes contained in the drug are fat-soluble and rapidly absorbed. They undergo metabolic changes and excreted in the urine, mainly in the form of glucuronides.

This increases the content of protective colloids and glucuronic acid in the urine, which has both therapeutic and prophylactic value. Glucuronide increases the solubility of calcium salts (75-80% of urinary stones). "ROWATINEX"® has antispasmodic action, facilitates the passage of stones by the urinary tract, reduces the pain of renal and ureteral colic, increases renal blood flow, improving renal function and increasing diuresis. "ROWATINEX"® also has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial effects.
