Indications:

•  Neuritis and neuralgia of various genesis
•  Radiculitis, lumbago
•  Myalgia, ischialgia
•  Bursitis, tendinitis
•  Neuropathies (diabetes mellitus, pernicious anemia).

Contraindications:

•  Acute phase of myocardial infarction
•  Hypercoagulation (including acute thrombosis)
•  Erythremia
•  Erythrocytosis
•  Severe arterial hypertension
•  Arterial hypotension
•  Acute myocardial infarction
•  Inflammatory pulmonary diseases
•  Hypersensitivity to any of the medicine components.

Dosage and administration: The injection must be freshly prepared and immediately administered by deep intramuscular injection.
Dosage: 1-2 ampoules every day or ever 2 days as per physician's requirements. Treatment duration and repeated treatment courses depend on the nature and severity of the disease.

Storage conditions: Keep protected from the moisture and light, and out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25⁰C.

Packaging: 3 ampoules (2ml) of lyophilized powder and 3 ampoules of solvent (2ml of 0.5% Lidocaine Hydrochloride) with patient information leaflet in carton box.
