Tautonus capsules
Tautonus capsules is a brand of Tonus-Les LLC. It is available also in 500mg tablets (manufactured by Arpimed, Armenia – see Tautonus tablets). Taurine is a natural amino acid, which promotes growth processes. It is necessary for normal development of nervous system, retina and muscles. Taurine plays an important role in the bile production, which is necessary for normal digestion and fat exchange.
It promotes the action of insulin, regulates the water-salt metabolism, has a diuretic action, regulates intracellular calcium levels, prevents coronary heart disease, prevents the aggregation of thrombocytes, decreases the risk of thrombus, decreases the constriction of blood vessels, releases the sympathic nervous system, normalizes the level of glucose in the blood.
Composition: Each capsule contains Taurine 500mg.
Indications:
- Retinal dystrophy, pigmentary degeneration of the retina
- Cataract, macular degeneration of the retina, diabetic retinopathy, high-level myopia
- Prevention of fatty liver disease, cystic fibrosis (combined therapy)
- Cholelithiasis (combined therapy)
- Diabetes mellitus (combined therapy)
- Hypertension (combined therapy)
- Heart failure (combined therapy)
- Convulsions and epileptic seizure (combined therapy)
- Treatment and prevention of alcoholism and narcomania in rehabilitation period (combined therapy)
Dosage and administration: 1-2 capsules 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes before meal.
Manufactured form: 15 hard gelatin capsules in blister. 2 blisters (30 capsules) in carton box with enclosed leaflet.
