Omega-3 is a combination of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA) and vitamin E.
EPA and DHA are vital for a good health, and cannot be produced by the body.
Composition: Each softgel capsule contains: Fish oil (EPA 180mg, DHA 120mg) – 1000mg, Vitamin E – 1mg.
