Founded in Montréal, in June 1983, «Pharmascience Inc.» is one of two Canadian-owned generic pharmaceutical companies in Canada. Pharmascience employs more than 1,300 skilled individuals, and provides the public with access to high-quality, cost-effective drug therapies.
Today, Pharmascience consists of four divisions located in Montreal, and manufactures nearly 300 products in over 1,000 formats to treat a wide range of illnesses.

The annual Research and Development (R&D) budget in Canada composes of $30 million. «Tonus-Les» LTD starts its cooperation with «Pharmascience Inc. in 2010, presenting two of its products, Vagilac and Lactonorm on the basis of exclusive rights, with a perspective view to expansion of mutual collaboration.
